    Default Got my new toy!!!

Collected the Siggy last night, runs sweet.

    Few little things to sort,

Slight rattle on start - sounds like a tensioner (something that needs sorting anyway as car just hit 64k without having it done yet)
Parrot hands free so I can listen to my music - realised yesterday I only have 3 CD,s now... Over 4TB in music, all on hard drives.

Final one is I cannot decide on having a tow bar or roof rails to carry my mountain bikes, any opinions?

Ended up having to do 300 miles in it last night to sort our the other half and her car so I think I would know by now if there are any major issue (was driving very carefully the whole time, honest officer )

    Happy bloke

    Get some pics up.

I dislike roof bars with a passion, for various reasons. Boot rack or towbar for me. I am actually about to get an interal carrier, but this is only useful when the car is fairly empty.

I am liking the idea of a detachable tow bar, but also like the idea of being able to use a roof box. The joys of a 5 & 8 year old and all the stuff that comes with them...

Not a fan of the look of roof rails, but would be removing when not using, as like the look of the car as is. Will take some pics at lunch

Would you want the roof box and rack at the same time? If not you can get box's for the rear of the car. This was my preference when I had my civic.

Im sure others will disagree with me and suggest top boxes, im just not a fan of anything on top of my car. Too many stories of people forgetting and the MPG is effected to much. That and the fact they I find them a little dodgy at high speed

2.0T petrol, has a full VX service history (not that this means much, but the stamps look nice). Doesn't do it all the time, just every now and then, but will make sure it's cured soon.

Was hammering it yesterday trying to find / uncover faults but seems to just be the little rattle. Would rather make it go wrong in the warranty

It's personal opinion, but I am leaning more to the tow bar etc. Would want to make sure it's very secure as my bike is worth more than my car...
