    Default Knocking noise

I've recently fitted fk street coilovers and cHanged the rear arb bushes which were shot and causin a bad knocking but it still has a similar sound although a lot quieter now has any one any ideas? Also I no the fks are cheepos but does anyone else find them ridiculously bouncy? I havnt dropped it drastically but I'm considering lifting it again slightly to make it softer will this help?
    Cheers in advance

You haven't mentioned where the knocking is but as you're talking about the rear arb's I'm going to assume it's at the rear in which case it is almost definitely the rear upper control arm bushes gone so replacing the rear upper control arms should sort it.

As for the FK Streets, I'd get rid personally, they've got a terrible reputation, several people had issues with them.

I no the fks are **** but it was a case of money at the time mate beginning to wish I'd just put standard on it but that's life. Are them links ur on about what everyone calls banana arms? Will raising it slightly on the fks soften it up at all? Cheers

Yes the rear upper control arms are known on here as "banana arms" (Dean you've got a lot to answer for )
