Default If my injector connectors are all blue are these the modified parts?

I'm having problems with some hesitation on acceleration and I have been sure it was the 3rd injector fault. I have just removed engine cover and voila.......all connectors have blue plastic tabs and not yellow. Does this mean they are the new type thus ruling out the connector problem?

Done the boost sensor already and that made a niticeable dufference. Did you strip the EGR apart and grease the parts or just clean the crud off? Will I need a new gasket? Can you point me in the direction of the throttle body mate

I stripped the EGR off and cleaned all the crud off it - works fine again now. I re used the original gaskets as they seemed to be in good condition. They are available for next to nothing on ebay if you want new ones.

Have a look on my swirl valves thread for a link to a video to strip the throttle body - I've been kindly shoved in the right direction.

Cheers fella. I'm going round to a mates house on Saturday to do everything. He's good with all things cars and in fact he has rebuilt a Porsche before. With him and this excellent forum I'm sure I will get sorted
