    I have an air lock on my z20net 2.0 t engine. Done all the usual checks but still there. Any ideas

    I have flushed it out, took all the pipes of and cleaned them, ran rad clean through it and filled up and bled the system. Don't think its a blockage

    If it's an air lock, then taking the hoses off won't solve it - you're just introducing even more air into the system.

    Turn interior fan right down Heat on full.Remove expansion capRun up to tempWhilst pumping bottom rad hose

    Don't forget that the fat hose on the right of the engine has a bleed screw in it.

    Av done the fan thing and bleed screw. Al try running it for a couple of days with the filler cap slack
