DIY Map lights, Interior lights Off button console?

Morning all. Has anyone got ideas for a custom map lights set up and Interior lights Off switches?.

Hoping for less than £10 to covert a standard 'One button' roof console into the Elite, Four button spec.

The 36 (ish) SMD LED panels on Ebay are a great upgrade on the OE 501 bulbs, but disperse there light quite wide and bright. Any ideas for a spot, focused LED map light bulb?.

Also need to source Three, low profile, latching switches that can be drilled into the VX blank switches. Any ideas?

Does anyone know how the Blanks are removed?. Came close to snapping one despite taking great care.

Finally a forth switch to choose between night time Red SMD panels and day time White. not sure where this can be fitted yet.
