    Default What Shocks to get?

Hi all, I had 2 broken front springs on my 2.0T Elegance so I bought a full set of lowering springs (APEX) and fitted them a few weeks ago.

It's not handleing as well as it should and it's very noisy now too. I'm thinking the front shocks have seen better days so I'm after some new ones.

    What do you recomend?

I've seen these FK adjustable coilovers on ebay for £185 (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2808832855...84.m1438.l2649).

Should I get these and sell my springs on or should I get some VX SRI shocks or should I look at after market shocks?

    What do you guy's think?

    Cheers

Sriman - you've bought and fitted a full set of lowering springs, sure then it makes no sense to be looking at coilover kits, as they come with yet more springs. What you need is just shocks, because if you have too much money and want to spend it on 8 springs, give the money to me instead. lol.

Anyone got these gas shocks fitted?
    http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2608551311...84.m1438.l2649

Also seen these Monroe Reflex shocks, http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2705645583...84.m1438.l2649

It's looking like I'll be getting either of the above, both fronts and rears, so which would be better???

I have been running the monroe reflex on my elite along with gts springs for a year... going lower than sri ride height for me is not practical... i can confirm the reflex shocks have transformed my motor!
