Default Any CCTV/Network engineers on here?

I need a question answering regarding my wireless CCTV network.

I have a camera connected directly to the DVR, the DVR has an ethernet port which I want to connect to my home network - however the DVR is in the shed and the Router for the network is in my living room some 20 metres away - I know i can run a cable from the DVR to the router and connect that way - but can I connect a wireless router to the DVR and connect wirelessly to to the network?

If this can be done what equipment is best?

    Thanks guys

    Andy

If you have power in the shed, sounds like you if you have a camera, look for the Powerline adaptors, plug in at the shed, plug in at the house and you can have up to 1GB of virtual ethernet , they work well too ;-)

Markm, for these adaptors to work, do they need to be plugged in directly to the wall socket/power supply or will they still work connected to an extension lead?

    Thanks
