    Default meg. spray wax

Yesterday i bought some Meguiar`s spray wax from Halfords, is this a decent alternative to Autoglym? The name seems to get mentioned plenty in this section. Is this the way towards the obsession?

is that the Meguiars NXT spray wax? it's a good product, like alot of the meguiars products.

spray on and wipe off, very easy to use, just make sure you put a very thin layer on as i found that when i sprayed too liberally i struggled to get it off.

use an applicator pad if you've got one to apply and a microfibre cloth to remove. if your halfords stocked the spray wax they will most probably have these items aswell.

    and yes...obsession beckons!!

I started doing the car with gold class wax and using the NXT as a quick top up.

Yeah Brocks that's the way to do it

Plus the Spray Wax is ONLY a top up in between your main wax application, on it's own it won't last all that long but used as a top up it will extend the time between full on waxing and bring back the just wxed bling look

Also Topline when you say Mothers do you mean Meguiars Deep Crystal stage 1, 2 & 3?........if yes that will do you nicely although I would invest in a spray wax also as the DC3 (wax) isn't the longest lasting and as mentioned above that will increase the durability of DC3

Mothers make a line of excellent car detailing products. Vastly superior to the over the counter Meguiars stuff.

Yep they do Ross and Ron at Motorgeek will keep everyone on the rite track, my experience with Mothers is limited but their clay bar is very good (poly clay) and the Sealer & Glaze is also very good and like AG SRP is great for filling swirls.
