How many miles you getting for your tenner?
Around 70 t 80 miles on computer all I drive is to work which is around a mile then going shopping then home town is about 2 half miles aswell and sitting in traffic
If you're getting 70 miles to a tenner around town, that's good
My CDTi SRi 150 does about 75 miles on a tenner around town, but on the motorway that can increase a fair bit...
the shorter the trips the worse a diesel is on economy, short trips you'll find a petrol is better
Am not used to it I never have the car but missis is away for a week and when she has it she does 80 miles with a tenner in 2 days 40 miles A day on the motorway if never went on the motorway I'd swap for a petrol any days it's shocking lol
£10 @ 134.9 a litre = 7.41 Litres or 1.64 Gallons
70 miles / 1.6 = 43.75mpg
80 miles / 1.6 = 50mpg
I'd say for round town driving you're doing damned well to be honest.

The problem isn't your fuel consumption it's the fact that you get sod all fuel for £10 these days because of the ridiculous prices we pay. I wouldn't dream of sticking £10 in my tank unless it was an emergency, I'd be stopping again at the next petrol station

70 miles in 2 days is a lot for those short trips.
Try filling a tankful and see how many miles you get from full to empty to get a better idea about mpg -- or better still, do the "brim to brim" test (fill up, drive around then fill up again -- while recording the mileage).
