Default A Few pics after fitting the triple head LEDs in my Angel Eyes

Thanks as always to Ian-Highlander - 2 weeks after fitting the angel eyes and single head LEDs at his I roped him in at Brentwood and had the bumper off in the field to change them for the triple head LEDs!lol

Noticed the other day that one of the LEDs was out in one of the halo rings, so was at my Dad's for lunch today and stuck the front of the car in the garage and got him to act as an extra set of hands to whip the bumper off again to sort it out!lol (not that I see him doing it to his vectra!lol)

Anyway, whilst it was in the garage I took a couple of pics...

    Comments welcome as always

yes, it is fiddly unfortunately! make sure you push them into the holders well (hence why I had the headlight out again today as one was loose I think!)

have got the resistors fitted to stop the bulb out warnings in the car (doesn't stop them stobing though, so just drive around with the sidelights on - they will then strobe for about 30 seconds after you deadlock the car and then stop)

just a question of buying the entire new headlight unit - I got mine via amazon, but they are on the bay of e too - then buy white triple head leds and change the bulbs out - fairly straight forward but as above quite fiddly and best to fit resistors to stop the bulb errors

I had them on mine for a while but tried as i might with various relays I couldn't stop the strobing and lost my patience with them. Refitted the original bulbs in the end. How do you think they will fair come MOT time though?

no way of stopping the strobing that i'm aware of - keeping my fingers crossed for the mot as they were being funny about it when I had the mtec 501s in!lol if it's a major problem I can just put the old headlights back in!
