    Default Judder and eml

Hi. Hoping someone can shed some light for me. I have been burning oil for a while, not sure if this is connected. Coming back from work, I pulled out and accelerated hard and after that the engine light came on and there was a juddering coming from under the bonnet. Got to the childminders to pick my little one up. It was rather sluggish on power and juddered all the way.

Turned the engine of. Collected my child. And when turned back on the eml was still on but the juddering had gone! Anyone had this before. Something to worry about.

It's a 2004 2.2 direct. Do not have the funds at the moment to look into it. Just wondering if anyone had a similar issue before. The juddering was seemed to be coming from the pulley side of the engine.

You could well end up spending more guessing what the problem is though. Have a look on ebay for a cheap diagnostics machine.
