Using cheap microfibre cloth's can induce very fine swirl marks when removing polish (if you care about having swirl free paint it can be annoying after all your hard work). I use a well known car cleaning trader and use eurow towel plush microfibre cloths. These are the softest I have ever used and have a nice deep pile; they remove polish and wax residue with zero hassle.

I've also used the Tesco ones and had the same observations Marc. I also have a rather good drying towel from Asda, handy for drying off the panels while claying before waxing.

It's a blue one with black edges. not as big as a normal towel but certainly gobbles up the liquid.
