astra gear knob

the gear knob in my signum keeps coming off, and now I'm fed up of it I want to change.

How wsay is it to switch to the gear knob in the new astras? Is it a case of swapping the whoel gear stick or can I just change the knob over? I'd imagine its the first one as the lift-up for reverse is different on both

am driving a Corsa SRi courtesy car at the mo - will any 6 speed knob fit (I only ask as many people on here only talk about Astra H knobs)

actually, after having a butchers on ebay, what looks really nice is an insignia gear knob....anyone know if that's an easy swap?

I've done the Astra knob swap lol u swap the whole thing over 4 torx screws release the cable and it comes away
