painted calipers

Right got bored this afternoon so I decided to re paint my calipers from red to yellow, personally I like them better as red is to common

what do u use to paint them mate hammerite or something ?
mine are pretty rotten looking i think id have to wire brush them first or something

i used a wire brush to make them smooth, no messing bout getting too smooth with sand paper tho, a thin paintbrush and a small tin of hammerie smooth finish mate

just can't make mi mind up on colour for a black motor I'm swaying to yellow or blue

not just saying it cos myne are yellow but i'd say yellow would go nicely

coat of lacquer does the job to make them easier to keep clean too

hammerite smooth blue mate. yellow is ok but the blue stands out more on silver
