Default AG Extra Gloss Protection - how do you use this?

I have a bottle of this sat in the garage which I bought about a year ago, but have never discovered the correct method of using it.

Its like water - how and when is this used? Everytime I have used it, it just smears so have just left it.

The instructions on the back have a big halfrauds sticker on it and when peeled away it removed the info.

    Thanks.

It's a glaze/sealant you put it on last after you've polished the car. Just wipe on, allow to haze over and buff off.

Leave it in the garage. sorry its one of AG's disappointing products imo. If it rains you'll get about 2 weeks protection, and it'll be gone. Leave it on for about an hour before buffing off, its one of these products that does do slightly better the longer its left.

I use it all the time and love the stuff, so easy to put on and take off, takes about 5 minutes for each for the whole car. Who cares if you have to put it on a bit more often when it's that easy to do

A good coat of Blackhole or Autoglym Utra Deep Shine topped off with Autoglym Extra Gloss Protection and you get a shine like this...

I see from your other thread your looking for a wax, TBH go to Halfords and buy some original Simoniz wax, ok its old school but it works, and at £8 a tub great value for money. Apply very lightly and just do 2 panels at a time, apply, wait 5 minutes and wipe off. It wont be as easy to remove as AG HD wax, but tbh neither is Collinite.

Ah but its not the AGP that gives your car its shine Ian, its all Amy's hard work with the other products first, lol.

Ian you should get yourself a Dodo Juice Blue Velvet panel pot and see how that works on your car.

I'm certainly a lucky guy I know that and having Amy help me with stuff (and yes she does clean the car without me sometimes of her own volition lol) but that finish wasn't achieved with a "clean", in fairness that was three days hard graft with a D/a. But finished in the way I said as I always do.

Khalid was trying to persuade me to try the Autoglym HD wax and as a big fan of Autoglym I may even do that one day but my car has only ever had wax on it once in it's life, when Bob and Khalid did it for me when I first got it back. The only part of the car I ever use wax on is the wheels, through my own choice.

May just have to try it one day though just to see

Yea im a big AG Fan, love HD Wax. The only reason I mentioned Dodo Juice Blue Velvet is that its blue in colour which should enhance the finish and the sparkle in the lacquer.
