I've done 100mile round trip for a bumper because the last one I had delivered was broken by the courier.
That would probably be the longest id travel, there's nothing a courier firm won't deliver nowadays

I have a 120mile round trip for a door on Monday. Better than the option of putting it in my six week old daughters lap on the way home today

Depends on the part, price, and if a reliable courier could do it for less than the fuel costs. Quite happy driving the Vec long distances, but no point spending £100+ on fuel if it can be Couriered cheaper and safely.
