    Default Fitting A Cr1 Box

I know theres a how to thread on this site, but can i just ask a couple of questions

Mines the 8 valve with the connection right under the engine.

    1. Found the common rail straight away got a screw driver down and pulled out the yellow tab,but still could not remove the connector do i still have to press something else to remove it or am i not pulling enough.

2.I don't want to plug in the connector upside down like other people have done on this site causing warning lights to come on,but how do i know which way to fit it, seeing on a 8 valve you can't even see the connector.
In other words which way is the right way up.

Plus it's dark know so will continue tommorrow.

Thanks for that,at least it's not just me struggling to get the plug off...Don't want to pull it too hard just incase i break something...

Looks much easier on the 16valves.

Yes i looked at that how 2 before i started, but when in the real world theres no space down there,it all as to be done by touch rather than looking at it,if you click the discusion thread Marky had the same problem as me...

Will try again in the daylight.....that's if there is any tommorrow

    Cheers

Did it at work today, much easier when someone shines a torch down there while you pull and fit the plugs..
