    Default Pics Adjustment

Well, i was told by a lot of you, the rules of joining this here great site ( i know you were joking) were that i had to post a pic or 2 of my new motor. Well, i've taken some and have tried to upload them BUT they are too big in size (kb) if you know what i mean? As you've guessed i'm a bit fick when it comes to changing sizes etc of pics. Any advice welcome please you nice people!
P.S: I have got Adobe Photoshop, is there anything i can do in there to adjust them?

I just use MS Paint..... open the pic, click 'image', then 'attributes' and resize it vertically and horizontally, but it's trial and error.

There is some software to download that does the same thing if you have XP:

Sounds like your sorted, but if you've got Photoshop it's pretty simple.

Image>Image Size and set the pixel size to within the limits allowed. Then go to File>Save For Web (as opposed to File>Save as....jpeg) as this strips all the EXIF data etc. from the file and makes it easier to get under the 100Kb limit.
