    confused Other Alternatives - SRI Lip Spoiler

    ive ordered a sri lip spoiler the same colour as my car for £35 including delivery but just wondering is there any other silicone/glue/sticky stuff i could use instead of tiger seal.. something i could go out and get from b&q etc..

    Im not sure if anything else is up to the job mate but im sure others have used alternatives, My local Autosave now stock Tigerseal so maybe worth a try with your motor factors.

    found some for 9.99 10 minutes away for a 310ml tube .. that a good price? i was thinking of using no more nails from b&q

    Yeah that's a fair price, not the cheapest of stuff but does exactly what you need it to do. I personally wouldn't use no more nails to bond the spoiler.

    there is one thats like tiger seal, thats called sicoflex any motorists shop should sell it

    on my old 106 i just stuck a gti spoiler on it with 2 pound silicone from my work and taped it down in place and it was solid couple hours later

    a mate of mine fitted a spoiler to his astra and still has all the gear so it will be getting done properly now .. and for free ... BARGAIN

    Try a chandlers. Sikaflex specialise in marine sealants - try 292 for bonding things
