Default Access to cdti 150 oil filter

Going to do an oil change as just bought the car and dont know when it was done last. Ive read that theres an access flap but that you need to get the car up high for it to be of any use. My ramps and pretty much all my tools are 400 miles away so I only have a trolley jack to hand and my trusty 1ftx1ft wooden block which i use as an axle stand. Would these get the car high enough to access the filter through the hatch or am i looking at having to take the entire under panel off? Whats involved with taking the panel out if thats what i have to do? Thanks for any advice guys!

Get the car as high as you can on axle stands.

It's a tw*t of a job to get to the filter, just need patience and a few swear words to hand!
