Help please!

I'm trying to get the rear bumper off my facelift Siggy to replace a couple of parking sensors, ive got the screws out and the lights removed but cant see what to take off next and cant find a how to thread specific for the Siggy.

Anyone help please?

Dosnt matter, ive sorted it only to find out the replacement ones are different to the ones fitted
