    Default Door locking

Any body had any problems with the doors unlocking after you have locked the doors?

The other night I locked the doors at Tesco and when I came out the drivers door was open a little, with all the locks undone.

Yesterday at my work they again unlocked, then this morning I got to the car to see they had done it again. Any body else had this problem and is it an easy fix etc. I assume its under Warranty as the car is 13 months old.

    Comments would be appreciated, Kenny

I had this on my old Mazda6. If one of the doors isn't shut properly, none will lock.

Mine did it in the summer when a sun blind was too high up causing the back door to say open a fraction. I must have stood there scratching my head for at least half an hour LMAO

If the drivers door isn't closed properly mine won't lock, it will lock if any of the other doors are open.

    Default door probs

mine just started this evening just as some scrotes were passing, I stayed outside the shop watching for a while in case of a break in, but my temp cure was to check the switch that operated the internal light when the door is opened/closed the ones at the edge of all the doors but it was too dark, to lock the doors go round and physically push the buttons down on all the others and lock the drivers with your key and hey p it locked the car but beware, you must switch off the internal lights or it will drain your battery as mine stayed lit after locking up and i had to go back in to turn them off !

Just Cured Mine, Blasted The Door Control Switches With A Light Wd40 Type Cleaner After It Got Drenched In The Last Deluge Of Rain When I Was Gettinginto / Out Of The Car. It Is Impossible To Avoid It Getting Wet, Anyhow You Need To Spray The Switches Covering The Whole Lot And Then Keep Pressing The Switches On/off To Get The "oil" In To Release The Damp, I Also Sprayed The Wiring Connections Near The Door Hinges And Where The Steel Bar Connection Goes Into The Door Internals Where I Presume The Door Open Switch Is Located, I Then Left This Overnight, Came To Open Up This Morning And It Worked First Time, Every Time, Then Gave It All Another Coating (also Down Into The Door Pins Just In Case).

    Good Luck.
