    Default Vxr insert removal?

    Are these removable if have the lower skirt already on, looks cracked and paints flaking, needs a touch up but can't be bothered to remove the full bumper...

    Anyone, would skirt need to come off first... How does it clip on?

    I say it does, but other maintain with the loss of much skin and fingernails that it will come off without the rear skirt being removed.

    Lee they are a pig to remove, if its off the black one - I would say remove bumper mate(its a two min job) if you need help just SHOUT lol

    Yeah on the CDTI, Mates done a couple of black vauxhalls lately so I'm gonna tidy up some bits tomo, front splitter is a mess too...

    once bumpers off is it clipped in? Might as well fly over bumper while at it tho, we'll see...

    it has tabs every couple of inches mate, if its all been sprayed together then it will be a pain to remove, altho you could nip out - get your head under bumper(wear safety glasses for crap falling in eyes) and use one hand to support bumper and the other to tug(not like you havent tugged before!! pml) start at end and work from left to right etc........they are very tight normally. hth

    I found it easy to take my bottom back spoiler off and was even easier putting it back on.

    To take it off all i did was jacked the back end up got on my back with a small flat headed screw driver in one hand to unlip the clips and the other hand to pull the spoiler away from the bumper start from one end and work your way around.

    And for getting it back on i put both ends in first at the wheel arch so it didnt fall off the bumper while i was at the other end.
