    Default Carbon fibre wrap

'be had a small amount I wrapped the door inner handle, the one that can be removed where screws are hidden, looks so much better.

Bought more to do all handles.

What tips do u have for the internal dash trim? Can I remove the silver bits so I can wrap the grey ones and put silver back on??

Also door trim, how do I take that off and do same as dash trim??

The long silver bits that run the length of the dash just pull off. Start at one end and pull it towards you trying not to bend it too much. Nothing will snap as the fastners are like wedges that locate into a clasp. So keep pulling it hard. Ive not wrapped any if the grey trim like the buttons and ashtray etc but i think they pull off too. I wanted to do my stereo but its too tricky i think. Ive went for Piano Black on the long silver dash trim.

Haynes manaul for gettign the interor trim out / off...

As for the silvber strip you refer to.. I am assuming you mean the chrome bit which runs ontop of the main dash bit... If so I think it is an integrated part... As such you will just need to trim the carbon wrap... Use a craft knife for this...

to take the main strip along the dash off open the glove box and gently pull. the silver/chrome bits on the trim have to be gridded off with a dremmel. the long trim on the door cards have to be dremmeled off to and then the same if you want the silver/chrome bits off.

Done dash trim, the long one. The chrome bit clipped back in. I made sure i cut half and other just bent enough to reposition it when replaced back. I used hair dryer to bond the wrap behind as such a pain not sticking lol and ensured bonded on the face. Looks good.

My old cd30 i wanted wrap on the face i dismantled the face from body and removed green board and buttions. but see loads of holes and will cause issues for buttons. Any tips? I might just leave it plain and wrap buttons around it.

For door trim, i might just force through the back and heat bond it, would that work?? I'm thinking of holding on as want half leather seats with door cards, can do it then??
