    Default Center arm rest re apolster in leather?

    Hi Guys,

    I have just taken my center arm rest off becuase i want to take the fabric off and replace it with leather does anyone know how to remove the fabric from the runner's with damaging anything?

    Please help Mark!

    To be honest unless you're planning on doing it yourself, it would probably be cheaper to just pick up a leather arm rest for it on Ebay, they go for about £40 for a genuine full arm rest in leather or about £16 for a cheap leather cover for it.

    Getting the top part off is relatively simple, slide the top out and underneath is two small torx screws, the unit just pulls apart once those have been undone. I've never stripped one any further than that though, sorry.

    Title should be "upholster" rather than "apolster" (the correct term will bring up many more search results than the incorrect one, hence why I've corrected you).
