    what makes you think it wil need spacers? you could fit spacers if you wish but not thought they would be a must

    thinking about spacers as the same site said you will be fine from et 35-43 these wheels are et45

    You'll be fine with that offset but the 45mm profile will put the speedo out. 235/40/18 is the correct size for those wheels.

    I think you are mixing the numbers a little up..

    He is talking ET45 on a wheel and you are talking 45 profile on tires.

    Let´s not confuse the guy more than we have to..

    His post at the top clearly says: would this wheel need spacers with 235-45-18 tyres and the link takes you to VXR replicas with an offset of 45mm.

    so if i go for tyre profile 235-40-18 i wont need spacers on et45 offset

    You won't need spacers anyway, the C takes up to 45 offset...

    The 45 tyres make the circumference of the tyre larger throwing your speedo out.

    The 235/40/18 tyre profile is the best size match for speedo accuracy and fills the arches nicely with a decent amount of rubber to protect the rims. Some go for the cheaper 225/40/18 which are the tyres fitted to mine but they are slightly too small and don't look at all standard.

    I can't wait until mine need changed so that I can get the 235/40/18 instead.
