They are runflats, so I am not surprised (especially if they are 18" or larger)
What is the tyre pressure they are supposed to run at, and what are they currently?
I assume you have TPMS fitted

    What specification are the tyres?

    Usually easy to spot
It is a four digit code, so should end 08, 09, 10, 11, or 12

I would highly recommend NOT purchasing RFT specification tyres, even if you are checking the tyre pressures daily
The main issue, as many BMW owners are reporting, is they are much harder when compared to standard tyres
As a result many such owners go back to standard tyres and report the difference is well worth it (plus cheaper too)

They shouldn't be much more than 30psi at that pressure I'm supposed they haven't worn to the limit in the centre of the tyre

As above, would need to know the exact tyre size (or at least the wheel size)
However, even with 19" wheels shouldn't be more than 43 front / 39 rear (V6 engines) or 38 front / 33 rear (all others)

Finally, what tyre is that position in? (nearside / offside, front or rear)

    eh, PSI is pressure...
The tyres on my car are 39 front / 35 rear, and others (V6 and 1.9CDTI) will be very near to that, and certainly more than 30
Almost all the others are at least 32 to 35

The majority of cars on the road run at about 32psi front and 30psi rear 39psi is far too much pressure that's what you would put in a van
