Cam breather pipe - Gas temperature?

What temperature is this likely to get to once engines fully warm?

Im going to build a custom pipe to my TB shortly, I'm still going to have the cam vent into it but just curious? Might flip the entry point round and extend the pipe to a catch can? Don't fancy putting just a breather as want to keep pressure down...

So what we talking? It's about a 30cm pipe on the 2.2 at min, is it likely to be in the high 50's or more so that's getting dumped straight back into the TB essentially?

The pipe or the gas?
You could construct a relief pipe and attach it, to then establish what the gas temperature is

Presumably you really mean the crankcase breather pipe
I would estimate in the region of 80'C (40' above ambient temperature)

Sorry yeah the gas temp... So we chase cold air feeds then this is just dumping it back in, albeit a small percentage of what comes through the TB intake pipe.
