Thumbs up Thanks Paulhb, Plasma, Bobsignum and Happypostie for Saturday

Thanks Paulhb, Plasma, Bobsignum and Happypostie for all your help on saturday. I think thats the end of my big inside mods for while.

It was not expected, Paul and I were talking about running through a few wires for my memory seats but low and behold I had the vec-c southern pit crew turn up (although i did get tipped off late friday afternoon).

Paul and Dean went to town on my memory seat wiring while Bob and Khalid fitted heated seat mats to Paul's rear seats and also sorted out some scratches on Deans car and some new ones my wife kindly put on her vec the same day.

Now to finally get those seats sorted is such a relief as they were taking up so much space. I can now look to move my Elite leathers on. However while we had the console tunnel out i put my own cleared airbag ecu back in, Paul found a bad connection on my passenger airbag (my fault), i replaced my front impact/G shock sensors and Dean cleared up my faulty airbag system. So for the first time in ages i have a fully functional airbag system with zero faults, i think I am more chuffed about that than the memory seats tbh..

Also my wifes vec and my signum which both have CD70 + CID and now both have the UHP4 bluetooth installed.

I still have plenty of bits to do but took today off to rest and spend some time with my wife and nipper. I think the weather may hold enough tomorrow for me to splice in that last bit of wiring now coiled up behind my glovebox. The rear wheels are coming off so i can fit my new Powerflex PU upper arm outer bushes. The rear axle loom will hopefully get swapped over for the other one i have with the extra plugs on it (a future mod to come).. I also need to change my multi V belt..

btw guys, do any of you guys have my jump leads, i never go anywhere without them. Once i started reloading my boot today i could not find them and considering how we nuked my battery yesterday was not keen on going anywhere. Fortunately I also keep a set in my wifes car so I have borrowed them for now. But the leads that are missing were my dads so I am keen to get them back..

A great day and a pleasure to see you all again. Good to see pompey-pimp who turned up to grab a piece of pipe and after seeing all the action went away with an expensive shopping list and probably way too many modding ideas.

Thanks again fellas, you know i am always willing to turn up with my tools and help out whenever i can. Let the modding continue..

When is that blog section gonna be open...

Nige it wasn't a problem dude when you doing the bushes? might be able to give you a hand with the rear axle loom depending on when.

nope, the wiper blade itself, I had raised the passenger one slightly last time around Highlanders place due to the annoything noise it was making (not Ian Highlander, the wiper lol) and it somehow caught up to the drivers side one and ripped itself in different directions
