VXR IDS front shock part numbers..

Hi guys,

Please can you help? Looking to refresh front end on my 1.9cdti which has factory fit IDS sport. I've looked at my front IDS shock absorbers.. Part numbers are:

13 254 172 and 13 254 172.

Before going buying new, thought I'd look at VXRs breaking... I'm assuming it's the same part? Please can anyone confirm these as same part number as VXR?

no for the VXR/OPC its 93190530 and 93190531 (was 13254173 and 13254174) so thats the nr. to look for.

And previous they where 93188444 and 93188443.

But they maby show following nr. as the nr. you are posting is "producktion nr. )
132 33 532 and 132 33 531
132 54 174 and 132 54 173

Passenger side

Do any of those numbers mean anything? Really big thanks for your help

Nope that are the "production nr" not even Part or catalog nr.

OK i retract that statement

but for the OP the IDS+ struts are different between the VXR and Z19dth BUT the V6 3.0L which i think u have are indeed the same as VXR

PM me chassis no. because there are a few types depending on chassis break

Thanks guys.... Mine is a 1.9cdti 150. I will have to get chassis number tomorrow now. But already from what your saying, looks like I can't grab them of a VXR! Was kinda hoping that would be easy route! To behonest not even sure if they need changing? Runs fine, just she's about to knock 100k and thought a refresh was in order!

Thinking how rare cdti's with IDS are... My shocks must be blummin rare if not even a VXR part? They are full IDS branded as well?
