White smoke

Plumes of white smoke after 80mile of running , turn engine restart fault gone 80 mile later. Smokes again , 1.9 deisel signum 2004 ,
Had done New turbo. Forced regen. Dpf. Leaned , egr removed and cleaned. New air mass filter tried.
Any advice welcome. Also oil light now comes on amber / yellow reset if. Ad engine turned off this only started after egr removed , help please

Sounds like water is getting into the oil, when the engine is warm/hot
Take a look at the coolant condition and sniff test

When you switch off the engine, listen for bubbling / gurggling noises

Sounds like head gasket failure

Sorry should have said had top end rebuild new gasket and tested also why would stopping engine for 3 seconds whilst car still moving stop the white smoke the gasket could not repair itself , coolant level not moved , the smoke is smoke I did not say steam !

Smoke smells of deisel not steam would that still be cooler ?

The reason you are getting white smoke is due to oil and water mixing, and then being superheated very quickly (turning into steam)

Ok so why when I turn the ignition off deis it disappear , dies the water think oh I'll not mix now cos the engine is still as hot ie went 240 miles in car it happened at 76 miles on motorway turned off ignition at 60 mile about dipped clutch turned ignition on did a rolling bump start engine off for 3 seconds not time to cool down fault went did same at 152 miles did it again at 239 miles that's not water gettin in anywhere its smoke not steam !!!

Something like regen is coming on and staying on a valve or something relay sticking any proper ideas any one please don't mention water again as I know it's not water coolant level not changed in over 4000 miles
