    confused help... :(

    jus recenty had new rear discs n pads fitted and they have bin fine up until a week ago.... first i noticed the speedo drop then rise back to the speed i was actually traveling at closely followed by the abs n traction control lights appearing from cold the is movement in the brake peddle i dont know where to start the speedo made me think along the lines of a sensor gearbox wise any1 else had this sorta problem?

    viberation before the brakes engage if you know what i mean? the bloke who change them over said said to keep an eye on them cause the caliper on one of the brakes to a fair bit of effort to wind back

    you can hear it aswell same sorta noise as if you brake in ice n the wheel try to lock

    My guess would be the one that was 'hard to wind back' is seized or close to seizing. The effect will be a speed mismatch between wheels which the braking system will interpret as skidding and thus the ABS is kicking in.

    I'd be looking at overhauling the calipers or if necessary replacing at least the 'dodgy' one.

    could be wheelbearing if it has magnetic pick up , or speed sensor on the wheel
