suspension knocking again

my suspension seems to be knocking again i have changed my n/s fromt spring and i refitted the rubbers top and btm of the spring and a local garage changed my o/s front spring and didnt fit the rubbers back to the spring that side could that be the knock?? if so anyone know the part number and ill change myself ?
ive also changed the front drop links twice so could even be those and other ideas its not doing it all the time it can be great for 15-20 mins then might knock twice and be ok again for a while just annoying not knowing what it is??

How old are the drop links where they cheap ones?

Drop links would be my favourite unless one of springs isn't say correctly?

I was getting a knock on mine changed arb bushes and its fine just need to change rad mounts,.

Soon as I read the title, first thought. Front Anti Roll Bar bushes. Treat your car to Some Powerflex ones.

thanks for all your replies in reply to critch my car is 55 plate with 70k yes they were both cheap sets of drop links off fleabay last changed about 3 mths ago
how easy are the arb bushes to change and where can i get powerflex bushes?

In my experience cheap drop links don't stand upto the job mine only lasted a few months.
Arb bushes are fairly easy to change.
Not sure about powerflex ones as I just used new ones from dealer only 3 quid each

just having a quick look seems to be 24mm or 25mm arb bushes is there a way of knowing which it will be without taking apart the car is cdti 150bhp 55 plate i see your local to me critch u get your parts from lookers?

Sometimes you can see the part number on rubber.
