Default 2.0 Turbo clutch question ????

Good evening all im just curious to know if the 2.0 Turbo has a clutch release bearing as im lead to beleive it has a dual mass flywheel. According to a friend of mine if you have a DMF i dont have a release bearing is this right as im looking at doing my gearbox in the next few months and i wanted to do this...

    Release bearing
    DMF
    Clutch
Any other components including fluid change and decrease to 2.4 liters.

Any help would be great cheers.

I think he meant does it have a clutch release bearing, rather than does it have a DMF.

As on any car with a manual gearbox there will be a release bearing bearing fitted in the clutch assembly. On the Vectras it is hydraulically operated.
