I think if your car has the manual dial control for moving the headlight aim up and down, it'll be very clear that it doesn't have auto-levelling.

Well mine failed on the passenger side dip beam for low intensity. ****ty standard bulbs. So had to buy a new bulb and can't get a re-test til next Friday. I asked the tester about the HiDs and he said it would be a fail without headlight washers. But they have no cert way in testing auto level but the manual adjuster inside.
