    Default Cooled glove box Mod

    After finding a melted dairymilk in my glove box, i looked up the cooled glove box how 2 and ran into a problem, My local vauxhall dealer does not recognise the part numbers, can anyone help be find these parts,

    Part Numbers:-
    GUIDE AIR 13140163
    AIR DUCT 13140158


    Cost around £12 for all parts.

    I got mine for my last vec from the dealer about 3 years ago. Though to be honest its not very cooling.

    I was going to do this a couple of years ago but was told it didn't have much effect. Let me know if you get the part numbers and I'll do it anyway just for something to do along with all my other little mods for when I'm at the inlaws on "holiday"

    It doesnt make it like a fridge but it does stop chocolate melting.

    Our local Vauxhall dealer found those parts ok on his system.

    only when the ignition is running, and the air con is on, otherwise will still melt!

    For what it costs and a little bit of fun doing it I'll have it. It'll keep the redbull cold for my 1200 mile trip in July

    I fitted mine and araldited the bit that goes into the heater box so it was sealed and get 100% of the air through it.

    If the car is moving or the fans are on it will direct cold air to it but not aircon cooled so it still stops it melting.
