Default Yesterday evenings job: Recheck Cambelt tension AND FIND KNACKERED ALTERNATOR!

    LOL.

So being a bit OCD - I decided that as I had a spare hour I would re-check my cam belt tension.. Fine.

BUT as I removed the aux belt and tensioner I thought that the alternator pulley moved a bit 'funny'..

Grabbed the pulley and pulled it in and out and the bearing just fell apart and it fell off virtually!! GREAT.

Call to my local autofactors and 30 mins later I was stripping that off and a new alternator was fitted.

Oh well - I had nothing better to do yesterday eve. LOL
