    Question BBQ's

    Ok so im very partial to a BBQ or 3. Rain snow or shine, whatever the weather I don't really care, because tbh if we waited for a good weather who would know when we would get one.
    Ok so I pretty much do the usual steak, chicken(always cooked it in the oven for 20 minutes first), burgers, ribs, belly pork, sausages, kebabs etc, pretty normal run of the mill. So does anyone out there have anything they like to do differently from the norm as? I am going to be throwing a BBQ for my team mates/wifes/GF's/partners from work around about August or September.

    Yea always fancied trying Tuna Paul, my local Morrison's always have some on the fish counter. Maybe marinaded in a sweet chilli sauce, then grilled a couple of minutes each side?

    Peel an onion and wrap it in tin foil and BBQ, it cooks in its own juices and is really sweet.

    King Prawn's in a metal basket cook fast but very well as do langoustine, Veg wise I always do skewers of tomato Onion and green red or yellow pepper brushed with sesame oil they come up amazing!!
    meat wise, we try often with home made flavoured burgers lamb & mint, Pork apple and chinese spice, Beef onion and garlic etc etc
