Mines been going to the dealers since it needed MOT's and so far 3 passes no fails and last year an advisory for drop links which I did myself.

No. Take it somewhere that ONLY does MOTs and has no interest in charging for repairs. If nothing else, if it does fail it'll force you to shop around for the best price for the repair or you'll be more inclined to fix it yourself.

my trusted mechanic charges £35 per hour,.. local Stealer £79. Discount card can't match that.
