Default Headlamp manual leveling doesnt work... is that an MOT failure?

Any ideas? Although I only tonight noticed the problem randomly as I arrived a little early to pick the wifey up and ended up playing around with the switches etc...

    2008 (MY57) 1.9 (120) - Halogen Lights

    1. Is it an MOT failure? I'm hoping not as its only just had an MOT 3 weeks ago?

    2. The fuse for the motors looks fine, although I cant hear the motors move when I use the level switch.

    3. I'd think it would be a bit random for both motors to go at once, but is there a way to test them if I take them out?

    Thanks!

I've googled the hell out of it and cant seem to find a reason other than both motors are tits or the switch has gone u/s...

Doesnt seem to be a MOT failure by the look of it, they only check the angle on the Halogen lamps, and reading up on Xenons, if the car is fitted with a self leveling system they normally have no way of testing to see if it is working so have to give the benifit of the doubt anyway... ?

It's not a failure as not all cars even have the facility to adjust them from inside. Maybe it's the switch that's gone?
