Injector Problem

Hi ive got a problem with what looks like a leaking injector

I seem to be loosing power

Feels like a fuel blockage

When i looked under the rocker cover one of the injectors had black gunk around it

Has any one got any step by step guides for removing to put a new copper washer on?

Also whats best to disolve the rubbery gunk away
