Good evening i bought my car at 56k the car says its due a big service in 11k miles when u hold down the millage button? so i have done over 20k miles what is involved in this service as its a big one any thing i need to know about great help would be of kind thanks

Services are up to 20K miles / 2 years
For service details see the front section of service book, or ask dealership for a copy of schedule

It's on ECO Flex servicing as it is showing countdown to next service
Expect :
Oil and oil filter
Pollen fliter
Optional :
Air Filter
Fuel Filter
Brake Fluid Change

Why not give it a major service, then you will know everything is ok.

If you are going for a full service, the following should be done.
Oil and oil filter
Pollen fliter
Air Filter
Fuel Filter
Brake Fluid Change
I can't remember the mileage for spark plugs, I think it is 80,000 miles. If so I would get them changed as well.
Some may even say timing belt as well.
