Talking Found my next Mod : Advice please wrappers

My sons electric Jeep has been out in the side alley for a year and is looking really tierd and neglected.

The battery has gone and guess what I can't find the charger.

New battery and charger around 30 odd quid. Thats fine and will buy these come payday.

I thought long and hard about painting it but then I thought why not wrap it!

Not going down the carbon fibre route as I don't like it. Sorry carbon fans but I'm thinking black matt wrap or maybe a dark matt grey.

My sons (7 and 3) love the idea. I showed them some wrapped cars off the web.

The blokes at work think I'm completely mad but then they don't have kids so could not understand why I do these things

So im off to look for some Black Matt Wrap or maybe dark grey.

Has anyone used the above before and could recommend me some decent stuff that wont fall off after two weeks

    Cheers

EDIT :And yes the steering wheel is upside down. My Brother built it for him a few xmas's ago. I just never got round to doing it properly.

Ah they were the days when you were too young to care

Oh I will also be running under car leds, led headlights and more If I can get away with it with out draining the battery in 2 mins.

Going to get my oldest to help me as his interest in cars is growing (and so it should be!)

Def wrap it, they crack when painted... Here's my other motor

    8mm leds for 10k HIDS.

Fake spoiler brake light bulbs drilled, 3mm white hooked up to the reverse motor...

5mm brake leds and 3mm number plate light... oh and private plate

Some finishing chav touches... all fitted of course, honest

I upgraded from 6v to 12v... just need to figure out how to fit a relay so i can hook up a button to push it to 18v when pressed... Instant turbo lol

Mate that is one hell of a great leccy car you have created there.

I really hope the one im doing for the kids comes out half as good as that.

You have given me some good ideas. I did wonder what I was going to do with my spare led bulbs and pads :-)

    Cheers

Ha exactly what I used, just spare stuff... Well apart from the stickers.

Theres a kill switch under the rear plate so I can turn off all the light so it doesn't drain when he rides it, then I just used the normal 3 pin switches for him to control up front
