    Default EXHAUST flexi pipe

Has anyone had a problem with the above named part.
Whilst driveing my car i noticed it sounded a little different. On checking under the car i noticed what looks like a flexi pipe just in front of what i think is the first cat and just after the down pipes. The flexi pipe is freely moveing at both ends..

Do i need a new section or can this be fixed easy

Any help you guys can give would be greatfull

Thought my car was sounding different. Suppose I will have to look around to sorting the pipe out.
Did you manage to get just the flexi pipe.?
I notice you can buy replacements which you can get welded on or clamped

Section between the DPF and the cat went on mine. cost about £35 and was just a case of unbolting the flanges front and back and throwing the replacement part in with new gaskets. Pretty easy job, but a pain in the arse if you're trying to do it on the drive as the top bolt on the rear flange in near impossible to access.

    Have fun

Just rang vauxhall for a price. Nearly £600 for the part as it has the two down pipes
and the cat with it. . Not what I need with a new baby on the way.

Go to a local custom exhaust place, they will weld in a new flexi for about £75-£100
