cd70 warning

Ok got an upgrade disk for cd70 to 2007 firmware but noticed it was doing crazy things like when no power screen would flicker and cd70 would read disk but unit was off and a lot of invalid disk errors

So got a genuine disk and all the problems above are away so just to warn people

I'm willing to put in rotation my genuine disk for anyone if admin is ok with it and make it a sticky

Anyone who does not send on disk will be reported but don't think this will be the case

I will take a picture of genuine disk for admin

There is already a thread on this been doing the rounds for at least a couple of years under the same principles as OP mentioned have a search and this is why we don't allow talk of hooky pirated software sometimes more trouble than its worth.

Would this update my 2003 Signum, if so would be most grateful to be put on any list.bought new maps but would not accept the cd.

If DAVIDD8's offer is still ongoing I'd love to update my Signum too. It's 2004 and shouldn't think it's ever been done.

this 1 has gone a stray somewere as i was chatting to the member few weeks ago that started this and he aint a clue were its gone

so if members keep to their word and pass this 1 on then im sure you can keep a track on it

i just went the dealers and bought the update cd and updated mine last week
