Default Guess the quote from Kwik Fit

Coming up to service and MoT time, and as VX agree to price match started getting quotes
On the below I can get a further 20% discount

    Visit this page :
    http://www.kwik-fit.com/mot-and-service-pricing.asp

Now guess the price for -
2005 Vectra C V6 CDTI (Y30DT) for Full Service plus MoT (no additional extras)

Next, guess what engine size Kwik Fit say my car has...
    Their response is most bizarre!

Trying to assume they would get the Diesel bit correct, so lets say 1.7. Price wise £99.

6 months or 12 months service?
If It's a 12 monthly one they might say it's a 3.2 diesel and probably that it's a Mercedes engine so the quote will be £205 with semi synthetic.
They are t*****s anyway, i would rather pay someone who actually knows what they are doing

Wouldn't use Kwikfit - my Daughter recently had two front tyres fitted at a local branch - 2 weeks later driving along one of the wheels came off and was running down the road in front of her. Police were involved in the accident examined the vehicle and said that the wheel nuts had not been tightened. Kwik fit took her car in and repaired it - giving her a loan car in the meantime - can't give too many details as she has a legal action going to claim loss of earnings and personal injury - but just an example of Kwick Fits handy work.
