Default Slight idle stutter - 1.8 LS

Changed the spark plugs and cleaned out the throttle body, and now when the car idles, the revs drop ever so slightly and judder the car every two ish seconds. Could this be due to re fitting the throttle body without a new gasket, or wouldn't that effect it?

Did it do this before you did the throttle body?

Possibly then. Did the gasket come off all in one piece? Has you checked all the pipes are back on properly?

I didn't take the gasket off at all, just left it on. Merikiito, did yours idle fine before the plug change? I'm guessing it could be that! The new plugs I have differ from the old as they only have two prong things whereas the old had four.

The fault on the Zafira just sorted of happened. I have not got round to changing the plugs yet and currrently think the plug I cannot get out is faulty. i will change the plugs once I get them all out. Otherwise I think the coil pack has broken down but I am trying to find one I can swap with to try it

I'll re check all of the connections and attempt to get a gasket from somewhere. All of this is in an attempt to get the fuel economy somewhere around where it actually should be, getting 20-25 mpg at the moment!
