Start by clearing the faults and seeing if they come back. Misfire reports (IIRC) stay recorded, even if the misfiring has stopped. So given there's a 'misfire detected at low fuel', that would imply that it's run out of fuel at some point and misfired as a result.

I got a misfire on cylinder 4 recorded when the thermostat had failed and I was running on LPG and trying to accelerate too hard straight after starting when it was -10C outside. Once I replaced the thermostat it's been fine ever since.

Going by your User name, I'm assuming this is for a 3.2 V6? The most likely cause is a faulty coil pack which is affecting cylinder 2. You could be lucky and find it's just the spark plug in that cylinder that is at fault.
