    Default Weight loss

    AnyOne else on a diet ect I need to start again going to work at the olympics in August want get abit fitter so out come the salads goodbye choc n fizzy drinks need go gym but with not hardly having the car lucky have it once a week n work 8 to 12 hour shifts a day it's difficult

    I keep saying im going to as i need to tone up before I go on holiday in August. But for lunch today I've just had 2 sandwiches, crisps, a choc bar and a can of diet coke...

    I always try and out exercise my bad diet but it never works properly

    Have had to start losing a bit (well a lot actually!!)

    Went to the doctors the other day about something else and the wife said "why don't you get yourself weighed while you're here?"

    Stood on the scales "HOLY ****" I knew I was big but.............

    So I am in the same boat as you except I haven't got a deadline to lose it by, trouble is, as has happened many times before, everything starts up fine and dandy but then the will power caves in and I just end up back where I started.

    My Fitness Pal is a good app to help if you have a smart phone. Helps you keep track of how many calories you're consuming and you can add exercise in there too. I'm happy to add anyone as a friend who wants help with motivation, could probably use it myself tbh. Fallen off the band wagon recently. I'm on there as "knoxvillain" if anyone uses it.

    Last year I lost couple stone but just stopped the dieting and that n let go so need get it sorted again craving always seem to take over lol haven't really got deadline just a aim I set my self at for the time being

    For my lunch I had
    Sandwich on brown that I made
    5 cherry tomatoes
    Orange
    Kiwi
    And consumed 2 litres of water lol

    I've got a app on my iPhone somewhere find it hard to use lol so all have alook at that link
