Help : Drivers side front door loom how to remove it?

Hi all

Im looking to start my curb lighting project so door card has come off. I have found the 12v feed that I need but now I need to remove the door loom connector that is in the door.

Im lost as to how to get this out. I don't want to snap something.

I need to remove it as I want to splice into the wires for the 12v feed.

Just bumping as Im losing light time now and will have to put it all back together again and start another day if I can't get an answer soonish.

Not looked myself mate but has it not got tabs to squeeze it and then pull or push the connector to move it?

If no one else can help I'll try get a vectra as a job this week an find an excuse to get door card off and have a poke around

I did try to pry it off as it seemed to have plastics lugs each side but it would not budge so thought best to leave it alone. Didn't want to break something.

Any info you can supply would be much appreciated

If its the one fixed to the door, from what i can remember there is a orange sleive thing on the top part which you have to put a flatblade screwdriver and lift up abit/ then you squeese the two side lugs from inside the door.

Just remembered you have the facelift i have the pre-face so could be different.

Just looked at photo again and you can see the orange bit that you have to lift up inbetween the lugs that you have to push once you have liffted the orange bit (not from insied the car door like i said earyer).
